We are very pleased to announce that The Guinness Partnership has chosen to work with Hallnet and our product ‘Active Housing Online Repair Diagnostics’ as part of their Digital Programme.
Guinness owns and manages nearly 60,000 homes, employs around 3,000 people and provides housing services for more than 120,000 customers across the UK. They have a proud 127 year history of improving people's lives and are committed to being ‘one of the best service providers in the Housing and Care sectors’.
They have developed a Digital Programme to include a CRM solution, mobile solution for field-based employees and plans to enable their customers to access more services online.
Hallnet will play a critical role in the latter through integration of the Active Housing Online Repair Diagnostics product into the Customer Portal, ultimately enabling Guinness customers to quickly and easily raise repair requests, obtain help and advice and book repair appointments, 24/7 from any device.
We will be working closely with Guinness and their partners over the coming months to ensure a robust, seamless integration between our product and their infrastructure, ready for launch in 2017.
